The Clarksville Running Club is a chapter of the
Road Runners Club of America.
It is a non-profit organization whose primary objective is to promote running and educate the public
to its benefits.
To help you achieve your fitness goals, whether those goals are primarily social or competitive,
the Clarksville Running Club sponsors weekly fun runs, local road races and social events.
We offer everyone the opportunity to participate regardless of age, gender or athletic ability.
Your membership in the Clarksville Running Club puts you in the fellowship of others with similar
fitness objectives to your own.
Happy running!

Next Group Run
Saturday's Group Run (1/28/2012):
8 a.m. Dunbar Cave trail run (401 Old Dunbar Cave Road); The park opens at 8, so we'll start running at 8:05 or 8:10 a.m. A beautiful place to get some trail-running (and trail-walking!) experience! The big loop is just under 2 miles, unpaved and very much a trail (so bring your trail shoes if you have them), and includes a few nice hills. Do the loop as many times as you want, or expand your route to include some of the paved streets around the park.
Optional planned training mileage for April half marathons: 4 miles (this is our drop-down week)
